Where can I collect my order?
If you choose to collect from No.84 Accessories & Gifts we will email you our address once we have received your order confirmation. FREE collection is from RG22 (Basingstoke area).
Delivery
We aim to dispatch your parcel within 1-3 working days of receiving your order. You will receive an email from us confirming when your item has been dispatched.
Our delivery charge is £3.50 and we send parcels to UK mainland addresses via Royal Mail Standard delivery service (3-5 working days). This may take longer during busy periods such as Christmas.
*FREE DELIVERY on orders over £50.00.
Returns Policy
We hope that you will love all of the fabulous items that you purchase from us, but if you wish to return something you may do so within 14 calendar days of receipt. Please notify us by email or contact form as soon as possible to andrea@no84accessories.co.uk and we will give you instructions on how to return your item for a refund (excludes sale items, face masks/coverings and earrings due to hygiene reasons). Please ensure that the item is returned to us in its original condition. It is your responsibility to ensure the safe return of the item and to pay the return postage cost. We take no responsibility for items lost in the returns process. Refunds will be credited to you via the original method of payment. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow up to 14 days from when we receive the goods for the refund to be processed.
In the unlikely event that you receive a product that is faulty, please get in touch here or email us at andrea@no84accessories.co.uk within 7 days of receipt so that we can rectify this.
